Bradley University selects StatBroadcast for live stats for 2010-2011 academic year
PEORIA, ILL. -- Bradley University has reached an agreement with BCS Stats Systems to provide stat technologies for the remainder of the 2010-2011 academic year. BCS Stats will
provide both live web and mobile stats for Bradley University fans as well as web-based stats for media for athletic events on the Bradley campus, beginning with
the 2010 Missouri Valley Conference Men's Soccer Championships on November 10. BCS Stats will provide its services for mens' and womens' basketball as well as baseball and
softball games.
"We're pleased to announce that Bradley University is our newest partner, as they will begin using our StatBroadcast and StatMonitr technologies immediately for their home
athletic events," said company president Nate Policar. "Bradley represents our second member of the MVC to enter a partnership with us and we're glad to have them on board."
Bradley's live stats will be carried on the StatBroadcast system and available on the web via links from the athletic department's official website at
BradleyBraves.com. In addition to stat feeds available via the web, BCS Stats' will be coordinating the launch of a mobile-optimized site, capable of streaming
the live stats data to web-enabled cell phones and devices, including the iPhone, BlackBerry, Android and iPad. These stats will be available for fans on the go,
including those attending athletic events on the Bradley campus.
Bradley University is a private university located in Peoria, Illinois with an enrollment of 6,100. The Brave compete in 13 Division-I varsity athletics as a member of the Missouri Valley
Conference. The Bradley mens' basketball team has made the NCAA Tournament field on eight occasions, including their most recent in 2006 in which they advanced to the Sweet Sixteen round. In 2008,
they advanced to the CBI Championship series.
