Atlantic 10 Conference selects StatMonitr for 2012 Basketball Championships

NEWPORT NEWS, VA. -- The Atlantic 10 Conference and StatBroadcast have reached agreement to use the StatMonitr media stats system at the conference's 2012 Men's and Women's Basketball championships this March. StatBroadcast will provide both a live feed of in-game stats for media and staff via the web as well as through its wireless stat monitor system for the men's tournament.

The A10 Women's Basketball Tournament is hosted by Saint Joseph's University and will take place March 2 - 5, 2012 in Philadelphia, Penn. The Men's Basketball Tournament runs March 9 - 11, 2012 at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

The Atlantic 10 Conference is a NCAA Division I athletic conference with its members primarily lcoated on the east coast of the country and currently has 14 members for basketball. The conference was founded in 1976. The A10 will be the tenth conference to use StatBroadcast's technologies at its basketball tournament this season.
